Dr. Crystal Willoughby, Chief Psychological Evaluator
The practice would like to welcome Dr. Willoughby, a psychology associate and our chief psychological evaluator. She is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University Graduate School of Psychology where she earned her Masters and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Family/Systems Psychology. As a former substitute teacher and an experienced clinician and diagnostician, she has experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and psychodiagnosic testing with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including Harbor UCLA Medical Center, Springfield Hospital, D.C. Public Schools, Baltimore City Circuit Court, Department of Children and Family Services, and with private clients. She is currently adjunct faculty at Coppin State University where she teaches assessment. She is supervised by Dr. Lyons.

    Dr. Crystal Willoughby is a psychology associate providing psychotherapy, counseling, therapy, psychodiagnostic testing, psychological testing, psychodiagnostic evaluations, psychoeducational testing, psychoeducational assessment, testing for ADD, testing for ADHD, ADD diagnosis, ADHD diagnosis, and psychiatric evaluations to a diverse range of individuals in terms of culture and orientation. She serves the greater Baltimore area including Baltimore City, Baltimore Country, Towson, Hunt Valley, Cockeysville, Lutherville, and Timonium
